Paid twice for the same meal as the restaurant took my money the first time before they were even open as they were late arriving. I was asked to reorder the meal when they arrived and was charged again despite being assured I would only pay once. Only one meal was delivered but money taken for two. Won’t be going here again or using feed me online. You only got one star as it wouldn’t accept zero!!

Food and service from Cinnamon Lounge has always been excellent in the past. Unfortunately, on this occasion an item was missing from my order. It was disappointing to learn the item was missing. Further to this, as it was a busy night for the restaurant they did not answer my phone calls when I attempted to contact them directly.

Order almost every week from here and usually very nice. A bit disappointed this time however. Food arrived cold and had to reheat everything, karahi was quite salty and the garlic nan bread was very small, I was quite shocked at the size of it considering it cost £4.20.

OMG ridiculous amount of spice! Ordered chicken tikka main, came with cooked peppers and onions in a dry sauce, which I though was a bonus but it was so spicy it made it all inedible for us. The naan and chips were lovely, fresh and hot but £22 down the drain cos we couldn't eat the rest #thisgirlisonfire

Cinnamon lounge is a little gem! Service is fantastic, no matter if you’re just grabbing a quick takeaway or enjoying the cinnamon lounge cosy restaurant! Food is outstanding and they make you feel so welcome. Love this place and highly recommend anyone to try! Ps they also cater if you have any allergies ????
